Meet “Evanest” – Our Family Campervan Evanest is our well-loved 2001 Mercedes Sprinter automatic campervan — named after our kids, Evan and Esther, and designed to be a cosy “nest” for family adventures. It’s a 5-berth, 5-seat campervan with flexible sleeping options: Over-cab double bed Rear lounge that converts to a double Dinette that becomes a single bed Inside, EvaNest is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable getaway: • Kitchen facilities – gas hob, sink, fridge, and plenty of storage for essentials • Bathroom – toilet and shower • Power setup – 12V/240V options for campsites or off-grid stays • Entertainment – smart TV (connect via your personal hotspot or holiday park WiFi), DVD player, and a collection of nearly 25 kids’ favourite DVDs for family movie nights • Dining & lounge – rear lounge and dinette for meals, games, or simply relaxing • Cutlery and plates. Hot water/ diesel heater to make your journey a comfy one ,even in the winter Outside, you’ll find: • Awning – creating extra shade and outdoor living space • Outdoor barbecue – perfect for summer evenings and enjoying meals under the stars Rear anchor point for car seats (car seats not included) note: Linens are not included in the hire; however, we provide a complimentary bed sheet, blanket, hand towel, and bath towel with every booking.

Hiring rules

  • To keep Evanest clean, comfortable, and ready for the next guests, please follow these house rules:
  • 1) No smoking inside the campervan at any time
  • 2)All rubbish must be removed before returning the van
  • 3)Fuel: Please return the van with the same fuel level as when collected
  • 4)Cleaning: The camper must be returned tidy and in the same condition as received. A $150.00 cleaning fee will apply if this is not met.
  • 5)Fresh fish or meat must not be cleaned or washed inside the camper, including in the sink please .
  • 6)No off road driving.
  • 7)Road User Charges (RUC) apply at $0.09 per kilometre
  • Thank you for respecting these rules and helping us keep Evanest in great condition for everyone.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a fantastic family holiday! Manu's Campervan was great, it had everything we needed. We loved having the freedom to just stop anywhere and have a cooked lunch or a coffee or for the kids to go to the toilet. Manu responded to all my questions really quick, which was great as we had some trouble filling up the tank with water but it turned out we just needed to be patient and let it overflow until the air passes. We will book his campervan again for our next holiday.

    We had a really lovely experience with EvaNest. The listing was clear that the van is over 20 years old, and it was presented in very good condition for its age. It was very clean, well looked after, and everything worked as expected. Manu was a pleasure to deal with friendly, responsive, and easygoing throughout the whole process. There was a small bit of confusion when we returned the van, but he handled it in a very calm and professional way, which we really appreciated. While I dont have a lot of experience with camper vans and might personally hesitate taking an older vehicle on a very long trip, for our journey it was absolutely perfect and we had a great time. Thank you Manu we really appreciated the care you put into the experience.

    Manu delivered the van and helped me set up in the pouring rain. He was so Helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the great communication and prompt delivery and pick up. We had a wonderful family holiday. Highly recommended!
