Hiring rules

  • NO OFFROAD! Kiwicampy van can only be driven on sealed roads or bitumen roads, and well maintained roads.
  • You must not drive vehicles on: Skippers Road (Queenstown), Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula).
  • An additional safety inspection fee of $500.00 will be charged for each identified violation of these road restrictions.(post inspection)
  • β€’ [HOUSE RULE] No smoke, no pet, no heavy smell food.
  • Please DO NOT LEAVE
  • trash/mud/sand, and EMPTY grey/black water tanks, and KEEP the toilet clean when returning the vehicle.
  • * EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779. They will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me to 0223705459
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
