Hiring rules

• 1. No off road driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
• 2. Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
• 3. No smoking or vaping inside / no pets / no festivals
• 4. Hirer age restrictions Only ages between 21 to 85
• 5. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• 6. Standard pickup / dropoff times are between 9am 4pm.
• 7. No cooking inside the van (use gas cooker provided).
• 8. Any damage must be reported immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• 9. Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 03 668 1211 they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
• 10. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
• 11. Fuel return filled with unleaded fuel. (not diesel!) If the fuel tank is not refilled prior to return, a $40.00 administration and refuelling fee will be charged, plus the cost of the fuel required to refill the tank.

• • Mileage is calculated across the total hire period

• • Any kilometres driven over the included allowance will be charged at $0.35 per km
• • Mileage is recorded at pickup and dropoff using the Camplify prehire and posthire checklists
• 13. Toilet Servicing Requirement: The chemical toilet must be emptied, rinsed, and recharged with chemicals before returning the van. Failure to do so will incur a $300.00 toilet servicing and sanitation fee.

  We were the first guests and couldnt have wished for a better van. Super clean, brand new and all the equipment you need. Cameron and Elise were super nice and the communication was amazing. We highly recommend.
