Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We were very impressed with all the thoughtful features wed discover every other day in the van. A friend and I spent 10 days in the van and have no complaints. We cannot recommend this van enough!

Created by a mother and daughter living between New Zealands South Island and Auckland, this campervan was designed as our personal way to travel in comfort and calm. With one of us based in the South Island and the other Adelina studying at university in Auckland, it became our way to stay connected through shared journeys across both islands.
We chose the Toyota Vellfire for its smooth, quiet ride and refined comfort, ideal for New Zealands long scenic routes. Professionally converted by JSRV with bespoke custom joinery, the interior offers a thoughtful balance of luxury, functionality and warmth.
At night, enjoy a truly special moment watching New Zealands star-filled skies from your bed through the ceiling window above.
More than just transportation, this campervan is a private retreat on wheels for travellers who value freedom, understated luxury and memorable experiences.
