This comfortable, practical, and well-maintained caravan offers a cosy place to unwind after beach days, bush walks, and exploring nearby coastal towns. Whether you’re after a quick weekend getaway or a relaxed extended stay, this caravan provides a simple, affordable way to enjoy the Coromandel at your own pace—your home away from home in one of New Zealand’s most beautiful regions. It's Green Sticker registered so FREEDOM CAMPING is an option. The caravan comes with fixed double bed with gel mattress topper to keep you cool on those hot summer nights. Lounge area seats 4 with fold away table and also folds out to another double bed or two singles for the kids. Hot or cold water Shower, and toilet at the back of the caravan with roll away 75lt grey water tank. Full kitchen with fridge freezer that runs on either gas or power. 4 gas hobs with gas oven and grill. Kitchen comes fully set up with utensils, pots pans, plates etc. Added extra of a coffee plunger and a Nuta-Bullit, for morning smoothies or afternoon cocktails! There is also a portable gas BBQ, fold out kitchen bench and camping table and 4 chairs if you prefer to cook your meals outside. TV is for DVD use only (DVDs not supplied), comes with USB port to charge devices on the movevia solor panel. Plenty of storage with large storage space under double bed and single beds, plus wardrobe storage. All windows have fly roll down fly screens and black out screens as well as curtains. Fully insulated.

1. Comes with standard pole awning, inflatable annex is extra cost. 2. Has a double USB charger that can charge devises when on the road. 3. Caravan set up can be arranged but depends on my work schedule, sorry.

Hiring rules

  • 1. No smoking in the van.
  • 2. No festivals.
  • 3. Awning/Annex must be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • 4. Damage is to be reported immediately (as replacement items take a long time to source) who, what, where and when will be required.
  • 5. If an accident occurs pull of the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 03 886 1211 they will advise on how to call roadside assistance. Then call me!
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a great experience as first time caravanners. It's a joy to deal with Joelene and Andy.

    We rented Joelene & Andy's caravan for our triennial family reunion near Whangamata. We had 3 nights in the caravan. It was the perfect setup for us, warm with comfy beds. We had access to electricity so had full use of the fridge and power plugs. The oven hobbs run on LPG gas. If you don't have access to electricity you can use LPG to run the fridge and oven, so that was really handy just in case. We also rented their inflatable annex/awning which was so good for cooler evenings. The caravan was easy to set up and transport too. We didn't use the onboard toilet/shower, but used the kitchen sink for rinsing dishes and washing hands. Will def look at renting it again in 3 years time!
