Hiring rules
- Airport drop off and pick up available, fee of $50.00 will be charged for delivery (Auckland wide) within a 10 km radius of the yard
- FUEL Will be hired with full tank of petrol and to be returned with full tank for next hire.
- CLEANING Please clean the van prior to return. If van needs wash
- WEAR and TEAR Please let us know of any lost items or broken parts replace at your own initiative wherever possible to have van in good condition for next hirer.
- BREAKDOWNS please advise of any mechanical issues with car as soon as they occur. Do not drive with any dashboard warning lights.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Pawel 5.010/10, The car ran smoothly, very comfortable and safe. The curtains were clean, the mattress extremely comfortable, the bedding clean, the kitchen in the back was like new, the chairs were very nice, the table was great, and of course, it was fully certified with the green sticker. Thanks to Steven, we had the best trip of our lives and wonderful adventures. I will come back Steven ! Thank you for the keys
