Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jordan 5.0Absolutely amazing holiday with my best friend in this van. Everything you need in a van, loads of space, self contained, running water/sink, heater and charging ports in the back that dont need the engine on, queen sized bed and it runs an absolute dream. Absolutely no issues after 3 weeks of driving it around the whole South Island. Yann was a pleasure to deal with and was quick to respond to any questions we had (which was nearly 0 as he showed us everything at the start and nothing went wrong along the trip). Highly recommend.
