Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Megan 5.0I had a great trip with Paulette- easy to drive, absolutely everything you could need, a super comfy bed and so much character! Matthew was great and made the handovers very smooth and gave me some great local recommendations as well :) Id happily rent this van again!

I really enjoyed my Morning coffees with a view. Paulette definetly has character and I would rent her again for another road trip.

My personal highlight was the red kajak that I took for many tours on the various beautiful lakes and lagoons. Thanks Matt, the communication and everything was great and I would be up for taking paulette for another ride in the future
