Hiring rules
- No smoking in the van $500.00 fine
- Any damage must be reported immediately
- Pull over immediately if any warning lights come on
- Vehicle must be returned clean or you'll risk a cleaning fee
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kieran 5.0Luke and Shannons Campervan was perfect for the two of us around South Island of New Zealand. The car is very economical on petrol as its a hybrid! The bed is comfy and and perfect for two. I would recommend the Campervan to anyone looking for a cost effective way of seeing New Zealand
Yassine 5.0I was able to spend a wonderful holiday on the South Island thanks to Nanuk and Luke. The van was a great travel companion: comfortable, sturdy, and pleasant to drive. Communication with Luke was clear and smooth. I highly recommend it and will definitely rent this van again.
