Uruvan is your cozy home on wheels, perfect for exploring New Zealand’s stunning South Island. Uruvan is a Toyota Haice Regius, super reliable, diesel (cheaper on fuel ⛽️), and surprisingly powerful. The interior was newly built this year, so everything feels modern, fresh, and ready for adventure. Pick up is available only in Queenstown, but we’re happy to deliver the van to a convenient location for you within the area to make things easier. NO SMOKING - inside the vehicle NO OFF ROAD RUCs - Road User Charges (RUCs) will be charged at the rate of $0.09 per kilometer are payable to the New Zealand Government. The total RUCs will be calculated on the distance travelled during the hire period and will be charged to the hirer on completion of the hire. FUEL - Return full of DIESEL as collected. CLEANING - Clean the equipment and van. EMPTYING - Empty cassette and grey water upon return. If not empty, will incur a charge. COOKING GAS - Return FULL - refilled from petrol stations if possible.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We spent about 10 days traveling around the South Island of New Zealand with this van, and it made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. Having the freedom to explore so many places at our own pace was amazing, and the van was comfortable enough that we happily spent many nights sleeping in it. Everything we needed was there, and it handled the trip really well. It truly felt like the perfect companion for exploring such a beautiful part of the world. The owners were also very kind, attentive, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you again for sharing your van with us and helping make our trip such a memorable experience!
