Kindly set aside an hour before departure to review the vehicle's operational requirements, ensuring a stress-free hire experience. To cover RUC (Road User Charges) $0.09/km applies. For hires five days or less, distances that exceed 100 km/day an additional fee of $0.50/km applies. For hires greater than five days, distances that exceed 200 km/day an additional fee of $0.50/km applies. Please allow 20 minutes post drop off to complete the post hire check list. Prior to drop off as per Camplify Hirer Rules; Please ensure the van is left in a reasonably clean and tidy state both inside and out. If you have rented linen, kindly leave the bed made and towels hanging from hooks or placed on the shower floor. Please ensure the greywater tank and blackwater cassette (toilet) are emptied and all rubbish is removed. Please ensure BBQ is cleaned as you found it (if applicable) A cleaning fee of up to $250.00 may be charged if the cleaning is deemed unsatisfactory. Alternatively, for your convenience, we can handle the cleaning for you as outlined below; $50.00 Inside clean (only applies if needs excessive cleaning) $50.00 Outside clean (only applies if needs excessive cleaning) $100.00 Emptying of greywater tanks and blackwater cassette $50.00 BBQ (if applicable)

• As per Camplify hirer rules the following areas are prohibited; Macetown Road, Queenstown; 90 Mile Beach, Northland; Skippers Road, Queenstown; Ball Hut Road, Mount Cook; Crown Range Road/Cardrona Valley Road ;North of Colville and Waikawau Township (Coromandel Peninsula)
• No off road adventures and refrain from driving on extended gravel roads. For example;
• Forgotten World Highway (State Highway 43); TapuCoroglen Road (Coromandel Peninsula); Kaipara Flats Road (North of Auckland); Whanganui River Road (ManawatuWhanganui); Molesworth Station, St James, and Rainbow Road (South Is); Danseys Pass (South Is); Hakatere Conservation Park and Lilybank Road (South Is)

  We had a wonderful experience renting KeFeN for our trip. The campervan was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable for our family. The layout with the fixed island bed and the drop-down bed over the lounge was very convenient, especially travelling with kids since we didnt have to set up beds every night. The central heating made the van very cosy, and although we didnt end up using the hot shower, its definitely a great feature to have available. We were also pleasantly surprised that KeFeN has two TVs! We couldnt quite get the sound working on one of them, but it still made our rainy nights inside the van fun and relaxing. KeFeN really comes with everything you need for a trip. The owners thoughtfully provided camping chairs, a camping table, and even a picnic mat which made outdoor meals easy. They also included useful essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and many other little things that made the trip super convenient. The owners were very friendly and helpful and took the time to explain how everything worked before we left. Communication was smooth and they were very accommodating. The van also drove really well during our journey. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend KeFeN to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped campervan, especially families travelling with kids.

  We travelled from Rotorua to Paraparumu and back, stopping along the way over 12 days. The van was clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our travels in Kefen. Nice comfortable van to drive. Really nice owners with great communication. Would reccommend A+++

  Communication was outstanding and they were both lovely to deal with. Lovely camper for our first time and other than adjustment for the size, we had an enjoyable weekend away. Lots of thought put into what was included in the camper. We felt at home so thank you team

  Had a fantastic 4 days in Kefen. Family of 4 with two small kids had eveything we needed for a seaside break. Van was incredible and spotless, The host Francine was very accommodating and very responsive to all our messages. Would highly recommend!
