This van is great for up to 4 people to travel in a comfortable, modern, low mileage vehicle which is easy to drive. A great feature is that the beds remain made up - no re-arranging furniture and making up beds when you are ready to go. The van is fully self-contained and has a self-containment certificate for freedom camping in approved areas. It is equipped with table and chairs, and has a roll out awning. It has two double beds - an island bed in the rear, and a drop-down bed above the table. Separate shower and toilet. Blinds and insect screens on all windows and vents. Linen is provided free. Airport pick-up can be arranged.

Hiring rules

  • Minimum hirer age is 25 years
  • A valid full licence is required
  • Sleeps 4 people in 2 beds. Bedrooms can be separate.
  • Automatic transmission
  • No offroad driving, beach driving, or extended driving on gravel roads. These things invalidate the insurance.
  • No smoking or vaping inside the van.
  • NZ road user charges are 9c/km. This is payable to the owner when the motorhome is returned.
  • Please return van with:
  • 1. Full fuel tank.
  • 2 Empty grey water tank
  • 3 Empty toilet cassette
  • 4 Full gas bottles.
  • If you run out of time, this can be done for you, but incurs a fee of $90.00 plus the cost of diesel and gas.
  • There is no need to fill the fresh water tank.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
