Hiring rules
- No smoking or vaping inside the van please.
- No offroading or unsealed roads.
- Awning must be stowed away when windy to avoid damage.
- Fuel tank full on return (DIESEL).
- RUC road user charges are in addition to your daily hireage rate and is 9 cents per kilometer traveled. This will be calculated and recorded within the post hire checklist.
- Please return the vehicle in the same condition as pick up, there are basic cleaning products provided to help dishes clean bench wipes rubbish removed toilet cassette emptied grey water empted. Failure to return clean can result in excess cleaning fee of $150.00 thanks!
- No pets.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

David 5.0We had an excellent 10 day road trip in Northland. The camper van is easy to drive and compact so it is easy to park when in a town. The bed is quick and easy to set up. Communication with Linda was excellent and she generously met us at the airport which made collecting the van nice and easy.

We love the space with the couch and windows, could spend the whole day there watching the day go by. The kitchen area is great too, and the beds very comfortable. Can't wait for our next trip in this van.
