Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Megan 5.0Had such a great and relaxed trip to the Bay of Islands in Marius van. It was comfortable, had everything you needed. Marius was super helpful from making the booking right to the end of the trip. He went the extra mile with airport pickup/drop off. Thank you again Marius!
Nathaniel 5.0Marius had excellent communication throughout the entire hiring process. The campervan was very well equipped and did not cost extra for any add-ons like pillow/linen, roof box, camp table/chairs, gas stove and utensils. It drove well and had no mechanical issues. Best of all, Marius was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at airport free of charge. I will definitely be renting again from Marius when I am back in Auckland.
James 5.0Fantastic Experience!!!! The van was great to drive, included great equipment, and the mattress to sleep on was super comfortable!! Marius was great with his communication throughout the entire process and was really approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend this van for trips in New Zealand :).
