Hiring rules

1: All hirers must be over the age of 21 and hold a full drivers license with no restrictions
2: No smoking in the vehicle. Will result in excess cleaning fees
3: No Pets permitted
4: Vehicle Must be returned with full tank of fuel, gas refilled and grey/black water tanks emptied. Failure to do so will result in a Fee of $150.00 being charged
6: Please allow 20 minutes to complete pick up and drop off procedures
7: The vehicle must be returned clean. Dishes washed and put away, bench surfaces wiped down, sand and dirt swept outside.
8. Sorry, no oneway hires are permitted
9: RUCs Road User Charges are additional and calculated via the vehicle's odometer reading at time of return. All Road User Charges (RUC) are charged at a rate of 0.09c per km
10: . Road restrictions apply as follows: (a) Vehicles can only be driven on sealed roads(b) Vehicles are not permitted on Skippers Road (Queenstown), Ball Hutt Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland) and North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula).
11. Camplify vehicles are also not permitted on any ski field access roads during the time of year that they operate.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $90.00 per day
Service fee: $45.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We rented the van from Charles and had a fantastic experience. The van was very well equipped we didnt miss anything. The mattress was very comfortable, the fridge worked perfectly, and thanks to the solar panels we never ran out of electricity. The van also has a bathroom (we didnt use it), but everything was in great condition and we had zero issues during the trip. We drove many kilometres and the van performed perfectly the whole time. Charles is very friendly, kind and easy to deal with. I 100% recommend renting from him.

Had a great Easter weekend away! The van was cozy and had everything you need. Deepu was very helpful and had great communication. Everything ran smoothly.

The Holiday was very Nixe! Ive Travelled from North to South and Made roughly 10.000kilometres. Sleeping was super comfortable and I Never Had Any problems with the car during my trip! I would totally book it again anytime, I highly recommend it! - Christian from Italy

Thank you, Deepu, the van is so great! Mileage was very good using Diesel fuel. Having the small fridge made a difference for the 2 of us in cooking / preparing our own foods. We had wonderful sunny summer weather too. [I guess the only other thing one might need if it's due to be bad weather, is a small gazebo or pop up shelter... but if you stay in the good caravan parks, they have cooking areas indoors or under shelter.] The option of airport pick up/ drop off was really helpful as well. I would definitely rent again :)
