Hiring rules
- No smoking in the van
- No festivals without prior approval
- No subhire
- No offroad / No driving on the beach / No extended Gravel Roads or Unsealed roads
- Road User Charges apply at (9c per KM)
- 200km per day driving allowance after 20 cents per km
- Cooking is with Gas and you will have enough supply
- Standard Camplify rules:
- Cleaning Van must be returned in the same condition as departure. This includes floors swept, surfaces wiped down, food and rubbish removed, incl. grey water tank empty. Failure to return van clean will result in excess cleaning fee of up to $199.00.
- Damage of items belonging to the van need to be paid for.
- Damage to the vehicle If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify.
- Fuel Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- EMERGENCY If any warning lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call emergency services on 111 if required. Or call Camplify on +643 668 1211 and choose 4 for roadside assistance. Then call us.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Thomas 5.0We had an awesome experience with the Mana Moana Van, and Kevin and Arlette were fantastic from start to finish. They were great communicators the whole way through and made everything easy and stress-free. The van itself ticked all the boxes, recently renovated to meet free-camping self-contained requirements, with a new build that was clearly well thought out. It had everything we needed: fridge, solar power, running water, heaps of storage space, and all the cooking equipment. Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking about hiring a van for a roadie!
