Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Great little van with a very hand layout. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen is perfect and works very well for a short getaway. Van does use a bit of fuel but thats to be expected!

    Amazing days with the Little Marama, felt like home. Its cool, cozy, comfy and gave me all i needed for my travel in NZ. Go for it

    We had a lot of fun exploring the island with this van. It's cool that it's electrically independent, it's easy to drive. The interior is small but well laid out. Cheaper than other options, it lived up to our expectations. You just have to bear in mind that the fuel tank isn't huge and that the vehicle consumes quite a bit of fuel on the climbs, and that there's sometimes no petrol station for quite a few kilometres. Communication with Robin is easy (even if she sometimes takes a little time to reply ;)).
