The ultimate van for your adventure holiday! If you want to bike, surf, ski, fish - this van will get you and all your gear there in comfort. It has the latest solar and battery technology and can happily stay 'off-grid'. There is a huge amount of space for all your stuff - and the bed is a proper full sized inner-sprung double mattress! No sleeping on bits of foam, and no having to construct your bed every night! The van is also tall enough to stand inside. The van even has it's own WiFi. Unlimited broadband included (requires OneNZ 4G signal) and can hot-spot to your phones. Is your partner not as excited by adventure sports as you? No problem - the adventure van has a smart TV*, Bluetooth speaker, fridge, 6 USB ports to charge all your devices, and even a coffee machine! On hot summer days it has an air conditioner and if you're venturing in to the cold it has a heater. Plus the solar / battery setup is strong enough to run the lot without having to plug in! Is your Spot-X down a gravel road? No drama - the adventure van is allowed on gravel roads! (Just don't try crazy off-road stuff!) If you plan to drive on gravel roads we STRONGLY recommend you pay for the extra level of insurance excess cover! Stones from oncoming vehicles can easily crack the windscreen and a replacement is likely to be over $1000. Hiring rules

  • • No smoking inside the van.
  • • Please don't use the awning in bad weather.
  • • No cooking inside the van (gas cooker for outside use only).
  • • Any damage must be reported immediately who, what, where, and when will be required.
  • • Driving on unsealed roads is permitted no offroad driving (it's not a 4WD you'll get stuck!). No driving on beaches.
  • • No pets inside the van.
  • • Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 03 668 1211 they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me :)
  • • Return with the fuel tank full (Diesel).
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Thank you so much, Liam, for the truly amazing van! We travelled around New Zealand in it for a total of eight weeks and absolutely loved it. We especially appreciated the super fast and always friendly communication with Liam. Whenever we had a question or a small issue, he replied within minutes which was fantastic and very reassuring. Just to add for future travellers: the sink is quite small and the water pump is manual, which made doing the dishes a little less convenient at times. Also, its not possible to cook inside the van (for example in bad weather). Other than that, we were extremely happy and already miss the van :)

    Great setup with everything we needed for the days travelling. Bed was comfy. Liam was super helpful and picked us up and dropped off back of at the airport.

    Liam was fantastic to deal with. Accomodating with pick up location and drop off. The van was great and we book it again if we were to come back.
