Serenity was built specifically for most serene experience, featuring pastel blue hues for a calming evening equiped with a hybrid engine providing a cheap escape around the beautiful scenery of New Zealand. Serenity is the perfect size for whipping along the costal roads of New Zealand, featuring a pull out kitchen and pull out double bed turning it from the most scenic kitchen, zen bed relaxation or even working remotely on rainy days. How it Works Pre-Trip Info via email Before your trip, you’ll receive all the key details in out welcome pack including your pickup location, lockbox code, and a short guide to the van. Easy Pickup Point Your campervan will be parked at a clearly marked pickup location. No waiting around or coordinating arrival times. Secure Lockbox Access The keys are stored in a secure lockbox on the vehicle. At your scheduled pickup time, you simply enter the provided code to access the keys. Support When You Need It Even though the handover is contactless, we’re still fully available. You can reach us anytime through the app if you have questions or need help during your trip.

Hiring rules

  • Non smoking vehicle
  • To use the toilet, you must prebook optional extra β€œclean the chemical toilet for me”. You will still be required to clean/empty toilet, this covers the the cost to fully disinfect for the next hire.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Georgia and Evan are the best! We spent 8 nights in this van and couldn't get enough. They are responsive, helpful and so accommodating. We could not have done the trip without this van, and will definitely be back!

    the van was excactely as described. we enjoyed our 3 week trip through the south island a lot! at the beginning georgia explained everything to us and if there was a question during the trip, georgia & evan immediately responded. i absolutely would recommend hiring this van! :)

    Clean and well kept van with all the amenities needed for the size of trip we planned. Georgia was extremely helpful, quick with communication, and available throughout our journey. Would book from them again!
