I will provide instructions on how to attach the tow bar, how to operate the battery charger, the fridge and the electric components. I will also provide instructions on how to put up the awnings, which are very easy to manage. The manual pump is not pumping water and we don't use it so haven't fixed it as yet. We use a water container by the sink which we can provide for you to do the same. Please note - we have a cat and a dog at our home. They are not allowed in the caravan, but if you are very allergic it is important to note that it is possible pet hair could be accidentally present off our own clothing. The back right stabiliser needs mending and so does the outside lockable cupboard. We will update when these have been fixed, but currently we are using wood blocks to stabilise the back. If we deliver we will do this for you.

Hiring rules

• No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
• Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
• No smoking inside / no pets.
• Hirer age restrictions are 30 years plus.
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee of $75.00.
• No freecamping she is not selfcontained.
• Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
• Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 03 668 1211 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
• Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
• Please clean and dry feet before entering the caravan to save the carpet. Container and towel are supplied for this.
• Towing Rules
• Please confirm you have towed caravans previously.
• Minimum licence requirement for the driver is having your full licence.
• Driving or towing at night is prohibited. We do not agree to the caravan being towed to multiple campsites/locations.
• Delivery Rules
• We will deliver and pick up on Saturdays or Sundays (or other preagreed days during school holidays) with minimum hire period of seven days and within 50km from our home. For locals (1020 minutes from us) we are open to deliver outside of these times for you.

  We only used the caravan as an extra bedroom. The only facilities we used were the beds and we didn't tow it anywhere. Met our needs.
