Hiring rules
- Airport drop off and pick up a fee of $50.00 will be charged for delivery (Auckland wide)
- FUEL Will be hired with full tank of petrol and to be returned with full tank for next hire.
- CLEANING Please clean the van prior to return. If van needs wash
- WEAR and TEAR Please let us know of any lost items or broken parts replace at your own initiative wherever possible to have van in good condition for next hirer.
- BREAKDOWNS please advise of any mechanical issues with car as soon as they occur. Do not drive with any dashboard warning lights.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Rachel 4.3We had a great time in the van. It drove well and had no mechanical issues. Loved that it was a hybrid. There were a few tricky electrical things, like we never got sound from the radio, there were a few issues with starting (needed a few more tips on how the key worked for the push start). The chairs, table and cooking equipment were excellent. However we would have liked more bedding that just a coverlets duvet and two pillows with no covers. Chor was super responsive, so helpful with delivery of the van to us and even arranging to drop us back at the airport and helped us deal with an electrical issue with the fridge. Overall a really good first experience renting a van on Camplify. Thanks!
