Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a great time staying in The Schmo, the van had everything we needed and we were comfortable and warm throughout. Smooth and easy to drive. Shaun was very helpful and gave us all the info we needed. Would happily hire again.

    Shaun's handover was excellent, very detailed. There were no issues whilst we had the van. It was comfortable to sleep in and easy to drive. Shaun offered for us to keep the van a little longer before returning it, which was appreciated.

    Van has everything you need for camping and freedom camping . Shaun was excellent, with a great handover, communication and transfer to and from the airport. Any issues he wants to be aware of, and he will sort. The van is a very powerful vehicle that drives excellently. Easy to drive and a good, reliable motor. Overall, good experience with the SCHMOO. Missing her and our holiday!

    We had a great holiday in The Schmoo and the van was exactly as described. Shaun did a very comprehensive handover from a checklist and this information was exactly what we needed. He included extra blankets because we were worried about the cold weather (which turned out to be no problem because the van was always cozy). There were extras in the van like tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper, paper towels and toilet paper- and paracetamol! We had all the cooking stuff we needed, including matches as the ignitor did not seem to like cold weather. We had to buy a connector fitting for the water hose but Shaun re-imbursed us. The driving was easy in the van and no problems mechanically. Shaun also did a pick-up and drop-off (extra charge). Very satisfied with our experience with Shaun.
