Even though we're not directly based in Queenstown (we're in Cromwell), we can offer airport pick up and drop off from Queenstown Airport, just let us know. :)

Hiring rules

• DO NOT leave the South Island
• PICK UP/DROP OFF guests not fulfilling their agreedupon time for pickup or dropoff will incur a late fee of $100.00. Pickups/dropoff are generally available between 9AM6PM unless otherwise discussed and approved.
• Airport pick up might be possible for an extra fee of $100.00, just get in touch.
• Airport drop off might be possible for an extra fee of $100.00, just get in touch.
• EMERGENCY If any lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required and a police report if possible.
• NO SMOKING Inside or around the vehicle
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Skifield access roads / NO Skippers Canyon Road / NO Festivals (unless preapproved)
• SKI/SNOWBOARD EQUIPMENT There is no specific ski/snowboard storage in the Van. However, you can utilize the underbed storage as storage for when you’re on the move. Be sure to secure your toys safely.
• SKI FIELD ACCESS Carlos is not to be driven up ski field access roads. We recommend that you make the most of the transport options provided by any ski fields you are visiting. We do not want you stuck in a ski field car park in snow/ice/grit or worse...
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the booking.
• LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 kilometers a day. This will be averaged out over the duration of the hire Example: 5 days hire 5 x 200km Allowance: 1000km for hire permitted in the rate, additional kms will be charged at 65 cents per km and deducted on completion of the hire.
• FUEL (PETROL) Return with a full tank at checkout (as received at pick up). PETROL only!
• CLEANING Take your belongings and dispose of your rubbish and recycle properly. We’ll take care of the rest.
• TOILET Only use if absolutely necessary. Instead, plan your poops. If used, empty the cassette into a legal dump site or toilet and clean it thoroughly. If not empty and clean a $300.00 charge will incur.
• COOKING GAS (LPG) Excluded from hire. Gas bottle is provided, but to be refilled when returning the van at the end of your hire.
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Gina was so lovely, communication with her was seamless and she really wanted us to have the best experience. The van is great, it was clean, everything worked and even when a minor thing went wrong Gina was very helpful. The small comforts are very meaningful spending 20 days in a van. The large fridge, solar panels, dual gas cooker. Built in lights. It was easy to drive and has car play which is a big plus. Overall a fantastic experience
