Hiring rules
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- Please allow 45 minutes to complete pick up and drop off procedures.
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on and the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779
- DAMAGE if damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD/NO BEACH DRIVING/ NO EXTENDED GRAVEL ROADS
- No smoking/vaping inside the van
- Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of diesel, grey/black water tanks emptied.
- Failure to do so will result in a fee of $150.00 being charged.
- The vehicle must be returned clean, dishes washed and put away, bench surfaces wiped down, sand and dirt swept outside.
- Sorry no oneway hires permitted.
- Please remove all rubbish and leave van as you find it.
- RUC charges of NZ$0.09 per km traveled which is calculated at the end of the hire.
- Awning MUST be packed away in any winds over 10 knots and overnight.
- Pets are welcome.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Lesley 5.0Beryl was perfect!! We did an 8 day tour, had everything we needed, and more. Very comfortable, with great beds!! Annie and Pete were great, with clear communications. As first time renters we were a bit nervous, but they made sure we knew everything we needed to know. Will definitely work with them again and be returning for our next trip!
