Campervan is located 10 minutes drive from Christchurch airport & 10 minutes from the city centre Please treat the van as if it were your own - respect it and return it in a clean and tidy state 24/7 breakdown roadside assistance is included with every hire • Vehicle must be returned with full tank of PETROL and EMPTY grey water tank • Toilet must be emptied and cleaned if used • Christchurch airport pickup / drop off available at $50.00 each way • DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. Photos are helpful. • NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads (getting to hiking spots etc is ok) • NO smoking or vaping inside the van • UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins LINEN INCLUDES - bed sheets, pillows, pillow cases, comforter, towels, flannel, dish cloth, tea towel etc A guide to camping spots within NZ: https://jucy.rankers.co.nz/filters/jucy-campgrounds
Hiring rules

- NO offroad driving (getting to hiking spots or specific locations a short distance is ok)
- Vehicle MUST remain in the SOUTH ISLAND
- Report accident damage or mechanical issues / engine lights to owner IMMEDIATELY
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
