Cute & tidy 12 FT 2 berth caravan. Easy and light to tow. Either take out on the road for a holiday, or we can deliver to your home if you want to use it as a temporary extra living space. Gas cooker and electric fridge and comes with connections to hook up to a powered campsite or a regular power socket at home (you provide the gas bottle, or we can for an extra fee). Caravan not certified for freedom Camping.

Hiring rules

Small pets allowed by arrangement.
Smoking not permitted in the caravan.
Vehicle to be returned in the same condition as provided.
Excess cleaning will attract an additional fee of $30.00

Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $65.00 per day
Service fee: $20.00
Delivery fee: $2.00 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The caravan is in a very tired condition and needs lots of renovation and repair before renting out again. The photos do not reflect the current state of the caravan inside or out. There was mould in the cupboards and visible water damage on the walls around the windows. We had to give it a thorough clean and dusting once setup. Would have been useful to know about BYO BBQ gas bottle before pickup. The central mattress is a couple of cm higher than the seats so not the most comfortable. Pickup and drop off was super easy and Gary was very helpful with suggestions of how to drop off thank you.

It's a basic old 70s caravan that works well as the extra bedroom we needed to give us a base while parked at family holiday home. It tows very easily, hardly know It's there. Thankyou gary

Great little camper that did exactly what we needed. Easy to tow, simple to use. Worth noting it is narrow. So tall people will be a bit cramped and you might want some extra padding for the bed. Communications were excellent, and would hire again.

We think lollipop is on her last legs - although Narin was helpful and prompt with communication we wish him the best with a newer van as we think this one is no longer fit for purpose
