Hiring rules

  • No off road driving, beach driving or driving on dirt roads for long periods of time.
  • No smoking inside.
  • Hirer age restriction 25+.
  • Awning must be packed away before you sleep or bad weather arises.
  • Vehicle must be returned clean.
  • Toilet must be emptied and cleaned before returning.
  • No cooking inside the van, use provided BBQ outside.
  • Any damage must be reported immidiately, who, what, where and when will be required.
  • Pull over immidiately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occures, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 03 668 1211 they will advise on how to call roadside assistance. Then call me.
  • Cooking gas to be returned full. Refill from petrol stations and keep the receipt.
  • Payment of deposit is required within 48 hours ofyour booking being approved, otherwise it may be cancelled.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
