Hiring rules

  • EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify they will advise the Hirer how resolve.
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking
  • CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
  • FUEL Return full of Petrol All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
