How Camplify roadside assistance works
Camplify as supported by the NZRA and their nationwide partners has secured nationwide roadside assistance to support hirers whilst on the road, meaning you will be safe and secure while on your trip.
Sometimes unexpected things happen. If any type of mishap occurs on your trip please follow the below steps, our team and the NZRA will jump into action to assist you.
Notify the vehicle owner
Call Camplify on 03 668 1211 and select option 4 to be connected to our roadside partner, or NZRA Camplify line on +64 9414 7305
Provide the roadside team with the booking number, name and equipment registration.
The team will leap into gear and provide the guidance needed to get you back on the road.
Make sure you are in attendance at the time the roadside provider arrives or you may be charged for the callout.
What isn’t covered under roadside
While all vehicles are provided with 24/7 roadside assistance for any mechanical faults, associated call out costs due to hirer negligence may be the responsibility of the hirer to cover:
RV has run out of fuel or incorrect fuel or additives have been used
RV has been driven with the handbrake or accelerator and brake petal depressed concurrently
Keys are lost or locked in the RV
Flat batteries caused by incorrect hirer use of the battery or associated equipment
RV is trapped or bogged on a not formed or public road
Failure to top up fluids if advised to do so
Flat or damaged tyres and window chips or replacement
Breakdowns or non mechanical faults caused by an act or negligent omission.
How to increase breakdown coverage
