Interested in reducing your excess?
Accidents can happen to even the most careful drivers. Whilst the vehicle is in your care you are responsible for any damage, this includes damage caused by events you can’t control, such as a hailstorm, or the vehicle being hit while parked. Camplify offers hirers excess reduction packages to reduce the hirer’s liability in cases of damage caused by such events or accidentally caused by the hirer or an authorised driver.
What are the options?
Camplify offers two excess reduction approaches: "Risk Taker" and "Happy Camper". These options represent different combinations of daily costs and excess amounts. Each approach involves trade-offs between upfront expenses and potential liability amounts.
Risk Taker involves lower daily costs and higher excess amounts. Additional items such as windscreen, tyre, and awning damage are charged at cost when they occur. An additional excess applies for drivers under 25.
Happy Camper involves higher daily costs and lower excess amounts. It includes coverage for windscreen, tyre, and awning damage, with no additional excess for drivers under 25.
The choice between these options depends on individual preferences regarding cost structure during your rental period.
Complete details of excess amounts, daily rates, and inclusions for all vehicle types and rental scenarios are available in the downloadable PDF.
