This van build is well thought out and has everything you need for a great camping trip. The solar setup is very reliable, and the awning makes a nice outdoor space. We would definetly hire again and recommend to anyone who wants a stress-free holiday. Thankyou Aslan.

LEMBAS was everything we wanted for our road trip around the North island. My husband and I wanted a van that was just the right size, something that was easy enough to drive and didn't feel like a bus, but spacious enough where we didn't feel crammed- Lembas is just that. Aslan was super communicative before we met up answering all of my questions. During the handover, Aslan explained everything we needed to know thoroughly, and we felt confident in using all of the features the van had to offer. The power bank was great, modern + top of the line equipment that kept all of our devices charged and drinks/food cold in the fridge. The bed set up was very easy- with the two of us it only took a few minutes to set up + put away. Super well thought out use of space to every tiny detail. The van itself ran great with good gas mileage. Overall, wonderful experience & we will most definitely be renting from Aslan again when we make it back to Aotearoa!

We had an amazing three weeks in Lembas! We were in NZ during the first beautiful weeks of spring in October, exploring Middle-earth. The van drives very smoothly. Aslan answered all our questions before booking and provided a fantastic service, even when the fridge and the water faucet decided they were due for maintenance during our trip. The roof fan is very nice, especially when you don't want any windows to be open at night. You can easily sleep with the soft, continuous white noise sound (and I am usually very sensitive for sound whilst falling asleep). The windowshades are really helpful as shades, but also to keep the cold out. We never needed to charge the power station via the grid, even on the more rainy days, and we could charge our phones, tablet, LED-lamps and even our SteamDeck. With the battery app the usage of the battery was even easier. Sadly we didn't use the awning because of our own planning, wind and/or rain, but it's a great addition to have as well. We added a camping whistling kettle, thermos flask and floor brush to the basic equipment of the van. Safe to say we were a bit sad we had to give 'our' lovely Lembas back!

LEMBAS was an awesome first experience with Camplify, the van ran well and there was enough room for two of us to just hang out. I managed to get some work done during the day (parked on top of Ruapehu) and with the thermal window covers the van retained heat in during the harsh winter nights.
