Amazing! Teresa and Richard go out of their way the do the little extra like picking you up, even dropping my charger in our mailbox! The Vando is large, comfy and easy to drive. We slept like angels at the most beautiful spots (like Kidds Bush at Lake Hawea).

The whole process was as smooth as possible. Theresa was fantastic to deal with and VANDO was perfect for what we needed. Clean tidy, modern and with all the amenities for a great trip away. I'll definitely be back to hire this motorhome again. Thank you

We had a fabulous holiday in VANDO. Theresas proactive communication and helpfulness were standouts all through the hire process. We were a family of five adults travelling for 10 days, and while it was a bit tight on rainy days, the van was comfortable to travel in and the beds provided good nights sleeps. Thanks again Theresa for the great experience!

We loved holidaying and adventuring in the Vandalorian! It had all of the things you need to camp for 7 days. We were very comfortable in the beds (2 adults at the back, 2 children (4 and 6) in the middle, and one 18 year old up the front). Very nice clean and warm bedlinen, the heater kept us comfortable. Great kitchen set up. We toured the south island lakes and stayed in the most magical places! We stayed in powered camp sites every second night, and stayed wild every other night. Highly recommend the Vando, and our host Theresa! :)

Our trip was nothing short of amazing. Theresa is a great host, and was very accommodating for us. We did reserve it for a long period, 16 days, and because of that, we were able to drop in a different city. That was a huge benefit for us. The RV was stocked very well, and included items I wasn't expecting, such a laundry detergent. Theresa did explain how to work things, but maybe the fact that we may not have listened as well as we could have, was the reason we couldn't get things to work for us. We actually cooked about 60% of our meals in the RV, that was a major bonus to having a well stocked kitchen. Honestly, I can't say enough about how happy we were. If I were to return, I would definitely be reaching out and renting VANDO again.

Even though our hire ended early as the motorhome had an unexpected mechanical issue, we still had such a great experience thanks to Theresa, and with camplify support. Her communication was excellent every step of the way, and she went above and beyond to make sure our holiday could continue by personally sourcing with camplify and driving to meet us with a replacement motorhome. Theresa picked up our groceries & packed the motorhome to allow a hassle free first day. Theresa even stocked the fridge and pantry with helpful basics. Having the option of wifi with the van was such a great extra! The linen was top quality and kept us cosy in the cooler nights as well as the diesel heater. The handover was clear and well explained. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a really smooth and enjoyable trip because of the care and effort Theresa put in. Highly recommend!

Everything was made so easy and accommodating right from the first enquiry. Hiring Vando to tour the South Island was an amazing experience! Theresa went above and beyond to make sure our winter trip was comfortable, providing extra blankets and a diesel heater we stayed toasty warm even in negative temperatures. All instructions for using the van were clear and helpful, and Theresa also shared great local tips on groceries and driving conditions. The van came with Google Maps installed, which was super handy, and we added the extra WiFi which worked perfectly for our family. The convenience of having the van delivered straight to the airport took away so much stress, and even organising and fitting a baby seat for our five-year-old was taken care of. Thank you again we had such a memorable holiday in New Zealand thanks to Vando!

Brilliant winter holiday for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 11 and 9 yo) plus our Labrador who travelled a short way with us as well. We have been on multiple campervan and camping holidays. This is the best campervan we have hired: tidy, clean, comfortable beds, warm, quiet (less noise than others we have hired), many little things provided that made our trip better (handy food items provided including good quality coffee and some chocolates!, extra woollen blankets, cushions, fun kiwi movies and excellent wifi (good enough for some serious gaming during the mid trip rain!), bike rack for 2 bikes, linen and towels and everything you need for day to day living. It was below freezing almost every night and we were toasty warm. Beds & pillows were the most comfortable we have had to date. Used Rankers app to find good camp sites - recommend this app for families. Our whole family had a brilliant winter holiday and the kids want to hire Vando again asap -which is high praise from some hard-to-please kids! Theresa was excellent to deal with: fast clear communication, understanding regarding our needs, professional in her approach and, we felt relaxed and confident taking Vando. Highly recommend (but dont hire too often because we want another trip soon!).

We had a great family holiday and the van was perfect. Theresa was a fantastic host, communicated well and delivered the van to the airport. The van was clean and tidy, and even had all the essentials so we could get away immediately. Vando was surprisingly easy to drive and we look forward to our next trip.
