We caught a ferry to Beachlands from Auckland city which was a great way to get to the pick up point where Garry met us. Jewel is easy enough to drive, although the size does take a bit of getting used to. Parking in shopping centre carparks can be a bit challenging sometimes as Jewel will take up two parking bays. Jewel has all the basic requirements to prepare meals. Having the separate shower and toilet was great. Garry was great to deal with and even dropped us at the airport after meeting him at a pre-arranged point.

The van was fantastic, comfortable and easy to drive once I got use to it. Economical considering its size, would definitely hire again. Garry is a great guy, very kind and hospitable, Goes out of his way to help. Highly recommend hiring Garrys vans.

Gary is a great dude! He made sure we were set up for success and even picked us up in Auckland to get us on the road! Enjoy the maple syrup gary! If you're coming from north America or otherwise have had no experience on nz roads, just know this unit is large! Having said that we (from ) successfully put on 3000 km on the north island without incident and had an incredible trip! It was a sad day when we had to leave the rv and go home.

Gary, the ideal OG to hire from. Gary helped us out in a pinch, someone crashed the van we were going to hire and only found out on our way to the airport. Gary was - without a doubt - the best bloke at communication on campify. He literally went out of his way to pick up and drop off me and my family as well as dropping what he was doing when he realised he could help with child seats. Fantastic bloke. Succinct and clear instructions for use of the van which was in great condition and as described. Zero hassle and a 'just call me anytime' level of assistance offered (but not needed). 100% would use again, thanks Gary!
