Wow!! What an amazing 3 weeks weve just had travelling the South Island in this amazing motorhome. Kimberley & Nathan were wonderful, nothing ever seemed to be to much trouble. You can tell they are very passionate about their business. Pick up and drop off was easy. The motorhome was well eauipped with everything you need for a comfy stay, spotless as well. Dont be put off by the size of the vechile, it drives like a dream we got used to it straight away. Thank you so much for helping make the trip a truly unforgettable experience.

SoelOutdoors were fantastic to deal with. Even though the weather changed and our plans had to shift around SoelOutdoors were more than accommodating. They were prompt with communication and super friendly in person. We are gutted they are fully booked over Xmas/New Years as we are very keen to rebook our next awesome caravan holiday with them. The caravan itself was insane, high-tec and had all the luxuries you could think of. Diesel heater worked wonders on one of the colder nights. Couldn't recommend these guys more highly. Very easy pick up and drop off system. SoelOutdoors was always available to answer any questions.

We didnt know Kimberley and Nathan before this trip. Just two names on a screen when we booked Neptune. But sometimes, strangers remind you how good it feels to be treated with kindness for no reason at all. From the first message, everything was clear, easy and full of warmth. They explained every detail with patience and care, like people who enjoy making things simple for others. Not because they have to, but because thats just who they are. And Neptune Neptune isnt just a caravan. Shes a tiny home full of small joys. A warm bed after a windy day. A window that frames the sunrise just right. A space where a baby can nap while you drink coffee slowly, without thinking about time. Even before we hit the road, they made sure everything was ready. They gave us all we needed to tow Neptune safely, including changing the tow ball so it matched perfectly. No stress, no guesswork, just that quiet confidence that comes when people go the extra mile without making a big deal of it. Its not about the gear, or the layout, or the gadgets. Its about how everything in Neptune feels like its meant to be there, like its been lived in and loved, and now its your turn. We gave her back full of gratitude. Because for a few days, she was ours. And she gave us memories that smell like fresh air and quiet mornings. Thank you Kimberley and Nathan, for trusting us. For being so kind, so humble, so clear. You made something simple feel unforgettable. Well remember this one. Well definitely rent Neptune again. Thats not even a question.

Absolutely amazing holiday travelling the south island for the school holidays. The van was perfect, and the kids loved the camping lifestyle. Once familiar with everything, it was a breeze, kept us toasty and warm at night and had all the comforts required for an amazing trip. Kimberley and Nathan were super accommodating and helpful along the way with any questions we had, would definitely recommend hiring a van

We took the van away in the middle of winter with three young kids not knowing what to expect. The van had everything we needed and was very toasty. The service from Kimberley was 10/10.
