Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We absolutely loved travelling all over the north and south and any issues we had or anything Aran was absolutely brilliant with communication and being helpful. This was the best method for travelling NZ we found and we would absolutely rent it again.

Sarah 5.0Saffire is a brilliant wee bus and Aran was super helpful. I felt super comfortable with everything and had an amazing trip around the Coromandel. Saffire is not fancy, and driving a manual may not be everyone's cup of tea, but she has everything you need: solar power with plenty of chargers, hot water, cooker, shower, all the linen, towels, pots and pans supplied. Thank you Aran! 10/10 would hire again.
