Hiring rules
- We are dogfriendly and do not charge an additional cleaning fee for dogs. However, we would like our guests to take good care of the caravan.
- Any damage or if the caravan is excessively dirty will incur an additional fee.
- Toilet needs to be returned cleaned and emptied. Alternatively, we can provide this as a service for 50.00 NZD.
- We will provide water for showering and cleaning the dishes. We also provide cutlery, plates, and a portable BBQ, all of these need to be returned cleaned.
- Hirer must be 27 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
