Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Wayne 5.0The holiday was amazing. The van was perfect for our family of five. Everything works in the van. It was clean and organised. There were a few situations where I needed assistance and I was able to message Eddie and call him on the phone and he was able to easily help out all the Things needed assistance with. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a good family holiday getaway themselves 10/10
Matt 5.0This was our first caravan trip and we couldnt have enjoyed it more. We did a mixture of freedom/self-contained camping and campgrounds and everything was so easy in Grands! Will definitely book this beauty again in the future.
Haixin 5.0Great and very new caravan, the controlled self-drive is really handy on camp site. Eddie is really helpful to demonstrate the operation, all functions well worked.
