Hiring rules

FULL TANK:
The van will have a full tank of diesel on collection and needs to be returned with full tank of diesel, if not you will be charged following your trip
ROAD USER CHARGERS:
The guest will need to pay back the amount of KMs that is used on their journey. This will be calculated and charged by the owner via the posthire checklist at the rate of $0.09 per kilometre driven.
CLEANING:
Return in the same condition as you received it. Chilly bin and toilet must be cleaned and all rubbish removed.
MECHANICAL ISSUES:
Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0800 779 779 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $110.00 per day
Service fee: $45.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We had the BEST time travelling from Christchurch to the West Coast in CeCe. Bed was super comfy and van was very cosy for my partner toddler and I. Charlie was so lovely and helped make our trip run as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend and will try book CeCe again when were over next!

This was our first time using Camplify and hiring a van. Charlie's communication was fantastic and her van Cece was perfect for our trip. It had everything we needed and was exactly as described. We had the best time taking it away over Easter and could not recommend it enough. Thanks so much Charlie we had the best time away in your beautiful van!
