Additional information
We speak French / Nous parlons francais, and a little te reo Māori. Supplied with rainwater (potable but non-chlorinated) Microwave can be included for longer hires and/or upon demand (removed for extra space & less weight) Pets - considered. Please contact us. Can do pick-ups or drop-offs to New Plymouth airport (or around New Plymouth) for longer hires and/or for a charge. Basic pantry list available upon request. Pillows and duvets (and blanket) included. Bed linen, tea towels, & bath towels available on request (extra charge).
Hiring rules
- Can reconsider minimum 3day hire (please contact us)
- No pets (can be considered upon request, based on size, and type of pet (eg: nonfur shedding)
- No festivals
- Hirer age restrictions: 25 years old (possible for 21+ years old, subject to discussion).
- RUC (Road User Charges) $9.00 per 100km, payable by Cash or Bank Transfer, or Camplify will deduct on completion of the hire.
- Limit of 200km/day of hire (averaged); $0.00.4/km additional charge over that limit.
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking or Vapping inside
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the booking.
- FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- COOKING GAS please fill if emptied refilled from petrol stations. See Camping Apps (eg: CamperMate, etc.)
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We mostly stayed in one place all week but when we needed to get around the van was great. The owner is so cool, and very informative about the van. Was easy to contact him.
