If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. CLEANING - Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.

  Will was very informative about the van. He also went over each aspect of operation, as well as describing the amenities. The bed was perfect, clean, and easy to make up. The van drove well, sturdy, and the tires are excellent for winding wet mountain roads. I especially liked how the pull out drawers work smoothly for the refrigerator and the sink/cook top. I would not change a thing . Thank you Will!!

  Great Van, set up so well. Runs great, and the 4WD came in handy on some sketchy Banks Peninsula gravel roads. Will and Beths communication was great and Pickup and Drop off was a breeze. Would definitely recommend. Cheers Guys. Justin. Sydney, Australia.

  We spent 4 excellent weeks in this campervan. We had everything we needed and felt absolutely safe. A very comfortable bed, sitting inside online possible on the passenger and driver seat. Communication was always quick and helpfull.
