Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Elvira 4.8G.I. Joe was spacious enough for two people and was relatively easy to drive. Diesel consumption was between 11 and 12 L per hundred kilometers. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen supplies were adequate, the pans were sufficient in number and brand new. It couldve used, a little more cutlery, but thats a small detail. The radio was not very good; in case thats important, I would suggest bringing a portable speaker instead. Ernesto was very quick at replying and very flexible in terms of pick up and drop off. He even organized, at very short notice, the installation of a hitch in order to accommodate a bicycle rack, which was much appreciated and enabled us to travel with our bicycles on the back. Overall, it was a very good experience
