Hiring rules

• 🚨 Emergency:
• If any engine warning lights come on, pull over safely and stop the vehicle. If there's an accident, move to a safe place and call Camplify Support on 03 668 1211 (Option 4). Your safety comes first!
• 🛠️ Damage:
• If any damage happens — no matter how big or small — please let us know straight away. We’ll need to know who, what, where, and when so we can assist and log it for insurance purposes if needed.
• 📏 Camper Height Awareness:
• Watch the height of the campervan — avoid lowhanging trees and covered carparks.
• 🚫 NoGo Zones & Rules:
• * No offroad driving
• * No beach driving
• * No smoking or vaping inside or near the campervan
• ⛽ Fuel:
• Your camper starts with a full tank — please return it full too.
• ✅ Fill up at Mobil Gas Station in Red Beach before returning.
• 🧽 Cleaning:
• Return the van and any equipment clean and tidy. If excessive cleaning is required, an extra charge may apply.
• ✅ Please ensure the following are done before returning:
• 🚽 Toilet emptied, rinsed, and cleaned
• 💧 Grey and black water tanks emptied
• 🧊 Fridge emptied, cleaned, and turned off
• 🗑️ Rubbish removed (you’re welcome to use Teresa’s bin at Red Beach)
• 🌬️ Awning:
• Always put the awning away overnight or when it’s windy to avoid damage.
• 📅 Confirm Return Time:
• Please arrange and confirm your return time with Teresa before your return date.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  Had a great time in van(not long enough though) explored far north what an amazing diverse area.got some great hikes in and got to see the most northern point Cape Reigna. Such a pleasure to hire van from Teresa. Hopefully fo again one day.

  Lovely experience, super easy to drive and park, nice size, I liked the bed being on one side so that there was plenty of room in the van to move around in... My trip up north was such a fun time, and the weather was pretty perfect for a July getaway... Comes highly recommended.

  Had a great time driving around the North Island in Kiwi! Everything we needed was in the van, and because of the automatic transmission it was really easy to drive in. Teresa was so sweet and helpful, and gave us some really nice and useful recommendations. She always replied super quickly to any questions we had. Would totally recommend Kiwi to make the most of a NZ adventure! :)

  Kiwi the Camper made our 7 day trip all around the north island an absolute dream! Kiwi was just perfect, Teresa has put in a lot of thought in creating an amazing campervan, from adding an awning that was great to chill out under the many hot nights we had, an easy to set-up bed, and for an added peace of mind, a large battery pack that charged as we were driving which kept our devices and the fridge charged throughout the trip. Communication with Teresa was just brilliant - so quick to reply to the many questions I had, explaining everything from the pick-up process, to the many amazing features the van had. I highly recommend booking this van, it will definitely look after you on all your adventures around the north! If/when we come back, would definitely rebook! Thank you Teresa
