Additional information

A car seat is available for kids over six months old and costs $49.00. It is free of charge when the booking is over two weeks. We do not offer airport delivery. Our alternative suggestion is to use shared riding platforms, such as Uber, which cost around NZ$90.00 and take 40 minutes to pick up a camper van if no traffic. We are happy to offer dropping you off at the airport for NZ$49.00. We will drive you to the airport after you return the camper van. Duvet and linen are included. Camping table(1M Length *0.5M width *0.73M height) and camping chairs are included. Universal mobile phone mount included. USB-A to Apple Lightning charger cable *1 included USB-C and USB-A to USB-C charger cable *1 included.

Return:
1: Clean the whole campervan
2: Full tank of unleaded 91# petrol
3: Full tank of fresh water tank
4: Full bottle of 2 kg LPG gas.
5: Empty grey water tank
6: Empty and clean toilet
7: 300km per day allowance. Additional km’s charged at the end of rental @ 10c per km. (At moment, no one exceeds this daily mileage)
8: No offroad, unseal road or gravel road. Small stones may hit the glass and break the windscreen. Small stones may scratch the painting.

Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $79.00 per day
Service fee: $99.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Mum & I had a great time in Hiiros van. It had everything we needed and slept two of us comfortably. Van drives really well and is kept in great condition. Hiiro was always there to answer a message and was accommodating with our pickup/dropoff requests. Would recommend!

It was my first time hiring. Driving and sleeping in a campervan and I believe I picked the best one for my first time. Hiiro and her family were wonderful with handover and any communication needed whilst we were away. I would highly recommend Hiiro and this campervan.

My partner and I travelled around the North Island in Hiiro's campervan for 3 weeks, and had the absolute best time. The campervan is perfect for a couple but would also be able to squeeze in a child (or even two). It was well-equipped, clean, comfortable and reliable, with the description closely matching the actual vehicle. Hiiro had great communication before and during the hire, including a vehicle drop-off at the airport to make things more convenient for us. Would 10/10 recommend and would happily holiday again in this camper!
