Hiring rules

EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779
DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Smoking inside Vaping ok.
UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the booking.
LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 kilometres a day. This will be averaged out over the duration of hire Example: 5 days hire 5 x 200km Allowance: 1000km for hire permitted in the rate, additional kms will be charged at 80c per km and deducted on completion of the hire.
FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
COOKING GAS Return FULL refilled from petrol stations.

Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Hire Fee: From $60.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The holiday went well, the van was in good working order. There were so many places that had freedom camping and this van suited its purpose. It is nice and cosy, the pop top is easy to put up and put away. You could easily fit 4 people in this van, size varying. Clean and tidy, a makeshift home away from home. Communication with Barry was easy, and he would always be a reply away if you needed anything.

Awesome little van, the pop top opens it up a lot and makes it feel super spacious in there. Everything pretty much as youd expect. Super good condition van for its age.

We had a wonderful time camping in Poppy! This van is perfect for a couple and feels quite spacious with the pop top up too. The van is well organized, has a simple layout, and had all we needed for our adventures surfing and hiking around the north island. It handled well driving though definitely slow on hills (better to enjoy the scenery) so perhaps its not for you if you have a need for speed. Barry and his family were very helpful and he was available for communication if we had any questions along the way.
