Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779 and AA Priority Line on 0800 734 543.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OffRoad
• NO Beach Driving
• NO Gravel Roads
• NO Smoking, Vaping or candles inside
• NO oneway hires, pick up and return to Auckland only.
• FUEL Return full of 91 PETROL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van (inside and out). If we have to do additional cleaning after you return the van, there will be an extra fee (eg, if the van is not washed the fee is $100.00). The vehicle returned in a tidy state with grey and black water tanks emptied.
• TOILET If the toilet is returned unemptied there will be a $200.00 cleaning fee.
• COOKING GAS The van comes with one full new canister in the stove and a full spare, please make sure it is returned with the same, available from stores like The Warehouse, Bunnings or Mitre10
• AWNINGS Please exercise caution when utilizing the awnings as they are susceptible to damage during windy conditions. It is recommended to retract them if wind gusts are present.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  Maggie B was the most perfect van for my partner and I to spend 10 days exploring the North Island. Gemma was always so easy to reach and provided us with all the information we could possibly need.

  We hired MaggieB for an amazing 10 days around the North Island. It had everything we needed for a comfortable trip and a lot of thoughtful nice-to-have items as well. The bench space at the back is great, and lot of cookware and kitchen items are provided - perfect if you love cooking! The van was also really easy and enjoyable to drive. Gemma was lovely and helpful, easy to communicate with, and provided a great walkthrough of the van and everything it had when we picked it up. We would definitely recommend MaggieB for your next road trip!

  Definitely choose MaggieB if you want an easy drive through New Zealand. I was apprehensive after driving tricky vans in the past, but this was a treat, allowing me to relax and take in the the landscape as I drove. Owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. As with all vans, space is something that is limited, MaggieB sports a comfortable and easy set up bed. There isn't a table or 'sitting' area inside the van, This wasn't a problem for me as I spent nearly all my time outside the van. MaggieB is packed with a camping chair, so enjoying the outdoors is highly encouraged and honestly, you're missing out on NZ if you want to spend it inside a van. MaggieB is the perfect van for someone that has little to no experience with vans, as driving is extremely similar to that of a large car, rather than a clunky van. Packed with everything you need for your adventure, it's a fantastic choice for your NZ trip. 5/5 all round!
