Hiring rules

• No smoking inside.
• No pets.
• Hirer age restrictions (25 and over.)
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises and must not be used in Windy conditions.
• RV must return cleaned or risk a cleaning fee. ($200.00)
• Standard pickup time: 9:00am / Standard dropoff time: 3:00pm.
• RUC Charges $9.00 per 100km. Payable by Cash or Camplify will
• deduct on completion of the hire.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who/what/where and when will be required.
• No Off Road Driving / No Beach Driving.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the booking.
• FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING BBQ and all other equipment MUST BE CLEANED on return. Grey water tank MUST be emptied and toilet cassette emptied and rinsed clean prior to drop off. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• COOKING GAS please fill on return of van

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We travelled 5 days with Harmony and we had everything we needed on board. The van is very spacious and tidy and equipped with everything you need. Contact with Murray was very easy and he was very helpful in bringing and picking up the van at our friend's place.

  The van was absolutely perfect for our family adventure in New Zealand! As a family of three, we spent three unforgettable months on the road, and from the very first moment, it felt like home. The van is incredibly spacious, and Murray & Di have equipped it with everything you could possibly needand we cooked every day ! The handover was fast and easy and they were always just seconds away from responding to any of our questions.
