Hiring rules

  • Non smoking
  • Road User Charges apply, calculated at 0.09c per km travelled.
  • No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
  • Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
  • No smoking inside / no pets OR pets only upon application / no festivals
  • Hirer age restrictions (21 or 25)
  • Awning must be t be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0800 779 779 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
  • Cooking gas to be returned full – refill from petrol stations and keep the receipt
  • Road User Charges are additional to your daily set rate and charged at 0.09c per km travelled
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Best rental experience ive everhad. Absolutely amazing van, great on fuel, modern and so good to drive. Highly recommend. Owners were really helpful and considerate and made it an easy stress free experience. The camper suited our family of 4 perfectly with 2 kids and we all slept great everynight.

    We rented the caravan for a 5 day escape, and it was our first time. The caravan was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well equipped kitchen and cozy sleeping areas. The rental process was smooth, and Eldon & Katherine were incredibly helpful and friendly. Eldon gave us a test drive and brief tour of the van.We had a fantastic time exploring the North Island 0and enjoyed the flexibility of having our accommodation on wheels. Highly recommended!
