Ellie is best suited to powered campsites and holiday parks. Only standard flat sheets are provided, other bedding and towels are not provided. Please bring your own pillows, duvets/sleeping bags and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cookware, mugs, wine glasses, a kettle and cooking utensils. Fresh water is supplied in the Aquaroll; however, we recommend bringing bottled drinking water for your stay. A full handover will be provided at collection, including hitching, towing advice and caravan setup. The hot water system and heating operate on gas or 230V mains power. Solar powers the lights, Smart TV and USB charging when you're off-grid, but 230V appliances require a mains power connection. Please be mindful of your power usage, as the battery can drain more quickly during periods of heavy use or prolonged cloudy weather. Please return Ellie in a clean and tidy condition with all supplied equipment returned to its original place. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the caravan.

Hiring rules

  • 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
  • πŸ›£οΈ No offroad, beach or extended unsealedroad towing.
  • 🌬️ The awning must be rolled away whenever the caravan is unattended or if strong winds are expected.
  • 🧹 Return Ellie clean and tidy with all supplied equipment returned to its original place.
  • 🚽 Empty and rinse the cassette toilet and grey water container before returning.
  • πŸš— Only approved drivers listed on the booking may tow Ellie. ID must be presented at handover and match the information provided by camplify
  • πŸš™ Tow vehicle must be suitably rated for Ellie's loaded weight of approximately 1,100 kg.
  • πŸŒ™ No towing after dark.
  • πŸ“ž If you experience any issue, damage or accident, contact us as soon as it is safe to do so.
  • πŸ”Œ Use only powered campsites if you wish to operate 230V appliances.
  • Bedding: Standard flat sheets are supplied for each bed. Please bring your own pillows, pillowcases, duvets or sleeping bags, blankets and towels.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
