Hiring rules

  • Airport drop off and pick up available, fee of $50.00 will be charged for delivery each way(Auckland wide) within a 10 km radius of the yard.
  • Vehicle returns are to be back at the yard by 5pm on day of return unless prearranged otherwise of a later time.
  • FUEL Will be hired with full tank of petrol and to be returned with full tank for next hire.
  • CLEANING Please clean the van prior to return. If van needs wash
  • WEAR and TEAR Please let us know of any lost items or broken parts replace at your own initiative wherever possible to have van in good condition for next hirer.
  • BREAKDOWNS please advise of any mechanical issues with car as soon as they occur. Do not drive with any dashboard warning lights.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
