Miss Adventure

Our van is an older lady but treated with respect she gets you where you want to go. Cruises beautifully between 80-90km/h and at a squeeze can sleep 5 people, 3-4 is more comfortable. We would like her to be only driven north of Auckland please. There is plenty to see and do in the North. We have solar so you are off grid, smart tv with a dvd player and a range of dvds, fridge with little freezer compartment, a 3 ring gas cooker plus a gas oven. I’ll provide some tea, coffee, salt, pepper and other condiments. Linen and towels are provided - think bach living - it’s not my best linen in the camper but it’s perfect for the holidays. Bluetooth stereo to listen to music as you travel. There are 6 seat belts in total, 2 in the front and 4 in the back. Seat belts in the back are only lap belts so not suitable for car seats. The back lounge area makes into a twin size bed, above the driver seat is a double bed with a ladder to get in and out, and the dinette area makes into a small single bed. About 90 litres fresh water and 90 litres grey water, 20 litre toilet cassette. Miss Adventure has tiptronic, so drives like an automatic but heading down hills, use the tiptronic to engage lower gears to save on braking so much. Road users are charged as additional after your journey at $0.09 per kilometre. We want only drivers over the age of 25 please and because she is 4.75 tonne, we want experienced drivers who will respect her age and weight.
